Right when we thought we had the best Rosol hot dog of the day, we ended up at Blackie’s in Cheshire, CT. Asked simply “how many?” we were served a plain (fried) dog and it was up to us to choose between their spicy hot relish and brown mustard toppings at our stool. Oh my goodness.
