This is why we do it; to find gems like Mike’s Hot Dog Cart. This hot dog food cart truck had a consistent line of at least 10+ people while all other food trucks nearby had none. The dog and bun were perfectly steamed and when we asked Mike what toppings he recommended, he said “the way I make it.” Super nice guy, on point, and unphased by passing emergency vehicles. We were each made a dog with the signature sweet pepper hash, onions, and mustard. 5/5. #hotdougandgeoff
