After years of anticipation, we finally made it to the French bistro Troquet on South for a famous Boston Speed Dog. An all beef half-pound Pearl hotdog soaked in an apple cider and brown sugar brine with a honey and barbeque bean-less chili sauce laid atop a softly baked bun… a proper 5/5 #hotdougandgeoff

RIP Ezra “Speed” Anderson who originally sold these off his famous food cart in Newmarket Square for 30 years.
